Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed which is bursting full of flavours of a festive period, making it perfect for hosting a festive gathering. Save the extra syrup for morning drinks, puddings, or to make more rounds of this cocktail.

Yields 10 servings
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
To make the Drink (produces 850ml, serving 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
Making the Syrup: Combine every items inside a pot, heat until it reaches a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. Next, turn off the burner and let it to cool completely. Decant into an sterilised bottle, seal keeping it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about a month.
To make Premix: Mix every liquid ingredients into one large bottle, let it rest for an hour, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, so it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Add 85ml of the cocktail base into your stirring glass containing ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute to cool it down. Pour to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, top with the cranberries and complete it with a brief mist of mandarin oil over the top.
